About the Event

Food tasting and demonstration with Caribbean beers, food, wine, and rum with an unforgettable experience featuring a live concert with big name entertainers. 

Along with the food, fun and entertainment, the festival benefits low income and disadvantaged students by raising awareness and funds for the Galleon Foundation in order to provide student scholarships and mentoring initiatives. Caribbean Food & Rum Festival 2021 will eclipse prvious year’s haul for the foundation by adding so many features and enhancements to an already high-caliber fun event.

    General Admission - entry to the park, live concert, FROM 3pm - 6pm limited food and drinks sampling, access to the cooking demonstration and rum pairing show. The first 3,000 persons to arrive at the park get a Caribbean Food & Rum Festival souvenir glass.
