Question: Can I bring my lawn chair?
Answer: We encourage you to bring your own seating/or blanket/towel to make yourself feel comfortable.
Question: Can I bring in my own food and drinks?
Answer: No food or liquids will be allowed into the venue.
Question: Will there be cash machines on site?
Answer: ATM's will be provided at the entrance and throughout the venue.
Question: What time should I get there?
Answer: The earlier the better, gates will open at 3:00 pm
Question: Is there any seating provided?
Answer: limited number of seating is available, except for the VIP area. Ultra VIP has reserved seating.
Question: If I've purchased my tickets through your website, where can I pick them up?
Answer: You may print your ticket and take them to the gate staff for verification. You are responsible for ensuring no one else print and used your tickets. Tickets can be available the day of the event at the Will Call booth located in front of the venue. Please bring your ID, And credit card used during the purchase as well as your confirmation e-mail receipt.
Question: Are tickets refundable?
Answer: Tickets are non-refundable. All sales are final. Caribbean Village Festival will take place rain or shine. All acts advertised have confirmed their appearance at the festival; however, acts are subject to change without notice.
Question: Are children free?
Answer: Yes, children age 12 and under are free as long as they are accompanied by an adult. Entrance to Kidsville requires a nominal fee of $5 per child.
Question: What does the VIP ticket give you?
Answer:. VIP has its own air-conditioned restrooms, food vendor, and open bar 3pm - 8pm. There is also first come first serve seating, front of stage access, and bottle service. Certain Media and Artists also have access to the VIP area. Ultra VIP has reserved seating and backstage access.
Question: What happens if it rains the day of the event?
Answer: If it rains the show will go on as scheduled. There will be no refunds available.
Question: Does the ticket price include food?
Answer: Ticket price includes cultural expressions, exhibit, games, contests, and concert. Food, Beverages, Souvenirs, Arts, and Crafts are additional (except for VIP and Sky Booth).
Question: Is re-entry allowed at this event? Once I am in the park may I re-enter?
Answer: Sorry, no re-entry permitted. All persons entering the venue consent to their image and likeness been used in Caribbean Village Festival advertisement and promotional campaigns.
Question: What can I bring into the park?
Answer: You may bring a still camera, blanket, wheelchairs, umbrella without a point, and small foldable chairs. No weapons of any kind allowed!!!
Question: What type of food is available?
Answer: The vendors will offer Jerk cuisines, Curry dishes, Vegetarian, Conch Salad and almost all other Caribbean and American dishes. Tasting Pavilion offers sample meals, beers and rum. VIP Lounge offers Caribbean Chefs created dishes.
Question: Is there parking available?
Answer: Parking is available near the event and at different lots for a fee (look for Event Parking Signs). Parking is not included in the ticket price. "Complimentary parking at the venue is reserved for VIP purchases only." There will be an additional fee of $10 to park at venue
Question: Are emergency and public safety services in place (EMS)?
Answer: A full EMT station will be located on the venue along with paramedics and police. NO FIREARM or any other weapons are allowed in the park and festival grounds.
